Continued prayers for Milford UMC and Fonda-Fultonville UMC

Please continue to pray for Milford UMC and Fonda-Fultonville UMC as they recover from the fires that destroyed their buildings earlier this week The Milford UMC, which caught on fire Sunday March 12, begins moving forward. The fire at the Fonda-Fultonville UMC took place on Tuesday March 14, amidst Storm Stella, that swept the Northeast. We will release future plans for the Fonda-Fultonville UMC as soon as we are made aware. Click here to read more.

Genesee Valley Civil War Round Table

On Wednesday, April 19th, the Genesee Valley Civil War Round Table will have its second meeting of the season! Our guest speaker will be Earl McElfresh, who will be speaking on the Top Union Generals--several of the more popular Union Generals. A period of discussion will follow the program. Several of his maps will be on sale. The meeting doors will open at 6:30 pm at the LeRoy United Methodist Church, 10 Trigon Park in the Village of LeRoy. Please enter using the 3rd door from the left, following the long walkway. The meeting begins promptly at 7:00 pm. New members are always welcome! Please join us!

Pastor Ray is out of the office until Thursday, March 16.  In case of pastoral emergency you can call, Doug Wilson at 261 – 9008. We would like to Thank Doug Wilson for  leading us in this Sunday’s worship service!

Don’t forget to set your clocks ahead 1 hour before you go to bed on Saturday night. Don’t worry…there will be extra pillows available in the sancturary!!! J

Rev. Wilson will have a special opportunity for you to TAKE UP YOUR CROSS AND FOLLOW JESUS during the worship service on Sunday. Hopefully this opportunity will help you continue to grow in your spiritual journey during this Lenten Season.

Please keep the family of Julie Barone in your prayers. While in Florida visiting her son, Julie passed away yesterday afternoon. At this time I don’t have any information about her funeral arrangements. I will get that information out to you as soon as it becomes available.
