ECUMENICAL BIBLE STUDY SCHEDULE: November ~ 4th PFUMC, 11th Presbyterian, 18th St. Joseph’s, 25th PFUMC
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD: shoe boxes will be collected until November 16. As of October 26th we only have 12 boxes collected. In the past we have been able to collect over 50...can we do it again?
CHURCH CONFERENCE: BOTH of our church charge conferences (CUMC and PFUMC) will be held on Sat, Nov. 8th from 2-4pm at the Warsaw UMC.
AFRICA 360 CHALLENGE: As a congregation that raised over $1000 for Heifer International this spring, how will we respond to the Bishop’s Challenge? Let’s go for it!
POINSETTIA & CYCLAMEN SALE: Starts Monday! Orders and payments are due November 16th. Checks may be made out to PFUMC. See order forms in Narthex for more information. Proceeds will go to the PFUMC General Fund. Call the church office at 237-5369 to place your order or send an email to perryumc@frontiernet.net.
PERRY EMERGENCY FOOD PANTRY: The needs of our local people have increased and our local food pantry needs everyone to help out! During the month ofNOVEMBER, the Perry Emergency Food Pantry is conducting a drive to collect canned goods and financial donations. Donations of food can be placed in the box in the Narthex and financial donations can be mailed to Perry Emergency Food Pantry, 6 North Main Street, PO Box 222, Perry, NY 14530 Thank you for any help you can provide!
YOUTH NEWS! Lift It Up is TONIGHT at the YMCA. Praise and worship time will begin at 5:00 and activities begin about 5:45 and run until 7:30. Activities will be swimming, wii and DDR, four square, ping pong, and open gym. Pizza and other snacks will be available for purchase during the activities time.
PAMA THANKSGIVING FOOD BASKETS: Do you know of someone in the Town of Perry or are you yourself struggling to provide food for their/your families? The deadline for applications for a food basket for Thanksgiving is November 7th. Call St. Isidore’s Parish at 237-2625 or the church office today.

As a congregation that raised over $1000 for Heifer International this spring, how will we respond to the Bishop’s Challenge? Let’s go for it!

BREAD FOR THE WORLD SUNDAY: PFUMC will join thousands of churches across the country in taking action this fall to end hunger in theUnited States and around the world by celebrating Bread for the World Sunday on October 26th.

ANGELS TO ANGELS: You are invited by the Church World Service (CWS) to become an angel by sending your own message to the women and children who are seeking asylum while being detained at the Artesia Family Residential Center in New Mexico.
