IMAGINE NO MALARIA PFUMC SUMMER OUTREACH EMPHASIS: Our goal is $500 toward our UM Church over all goal to eliminate Malaria, saving many lives. As of July 26 we have raised $226.33. Can we reach our goal by the end of August? For every mosquito bite you get this summer I urge you to think about, pray about and give to help eliminating this problem! For more information visit imaginenomalaria.org

THANK YOU ~ for your prayers last week as I traveled nearly 400 miles from Buffalo to Albany with the Erie Canal Bike Tour. Though I am a bit tired now, I am generally feeling great to have been able to make the full distance. As I shared before leaving, I along with Paul Penner will be heading for Nepal in  November with Habitat for Humanity. If you would like to sponsor us, your gifts would be most welcome. Your contributions will go toward materials to help build the homes as well as for our travel costs. Checks may be made out to Doug Wilson, Paul Penner or to Habitat for Humanity and dropped off or mailed to the church office. Thanks for your help. Blessings, Doug

FREE TO GOOD HOME: I have a kitten that is “about” 12 weeks old that Pastor Ray found on his lawn. It was very small and scared then and we fostered it at our house for about a month. He is a white/gray tiger short haired kitty and he is super friendly...the kids have really loved up on him!!! We can’t keep him ...our dog would love to play with him in a “non-friendly” way. If you are interested in giving him a forever home, just let us know. Thanks...Kellie Milhollen

ONE DAY ONLY YARD SALE: Sue Ferris is coordinating a Yard Sale open to all members of the congregation that would like to participate in selling there unwanted treasures at a yard sale. The sale would take place August 22.     Portions of your proceeds would go to the church’s general fund. Contact Sue Ferris for more information.
