Sunday Morning Announcements 12-3-17




Above are the Announcements for Sunday. There is A LOT of things going on during the month of December. Please grab a newsletter at church on Sunday or keep checking the website to keep up on all the happenings at PFUMC and around the community! OPERATION SANTA CLAUS: This year Tuesday Club plans to  deliver gifts of new clothes, toys and food to 20-25 local families. PFUMC can help by bringing in a bag of flour and a bag of sugar. We hope to collect at least 20 bags of each.  A box will be in the Church Narthex until December 14th where you can leave your donations. If you have any question or would like more information Please contact Paula Cook. Thank You!

SAVE THE DATE…Help Morgan Milhollen “Save Lives” as she sponsors a Leaders Save Lives Red Cross Blood Drive on December 29th from 12 - 6 PM at the Perry First United Methodist Church on 35 Covington St. If you can’t donate please…Spread the Word! Morgan’s Goal is to collect at least 25 Pints. All donor types and double red donors can donate at this drive. Leaders Save Lives is a unique scholarship program for high school students who want to help save lives with the American Red Cross.

“CHRISTMAS MEMORIES” is the theme for Dec. 2 and 4 concerts by the Genesee Chorale. The program includes some new, some old and some old favorites with a new twist, sung by approximately 70 singers under direction of Ric Jones and with accompaniment by Doug Hanson.  Concerts are at 7 pm Dec. 2nd at St. James Episcopal Church, 405 East Main St., Batavia, and at 7 pm Dec. 4th at First Presbyterian Church, 522 South Main St., Medina. Tickets are $8 presale, available from Chorale members or online at www.GeneseeChorale.com. Tickets at the door are $10.
