ECUMENICAL BIBLE STUDY SCHEDULE: October ~ 21st Presbyterian, 28th St. Joseph’s. November ~ 4th PFUMC, 11th Presbyterian,18th St. Joseph’s, 25th PFUMC   

BREAD FOR THE WORLD SUNDAYPFUMC will join thousands of churches across the country in taking action this fall to end hunger in theUnited States and around the world by celebrating Bread for the World Sunday on October 26th.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD: shoe boxes will collected by November 16, so that they can be delivered to children in time for Christmas.

CHURCH CONFERENCE: BOTH of our church charge conferences (CUMC and PFUMC) will be held on Sat, Nov. 8th from 2-4pm at theWarsaw UMC.

GIVING TUESDAY IS COMING ~ This year’s online giving campaign will be on Dec. 2.  United Methodists once again are invited to extend the spirit of giving thanks into the Advent season by participating in UMC #GivingTuesday. Visit www.umcmission.org/give to search for Advance projects and give.

AFRICA 360 CHALLENGE: Bishop Mark Webb has issued an “Africa 360 Challenge” that each congregation in Upper NY raises at least $1000 between now and the next year’s annual conference to help reach the goal of contributing $1 million to the “Imagine No Malaria” campaign. As a congregation that raised over $1000 for Heifer International this spring, how will we respond to the Bishop’s Challenge? Let’s go for it!
