OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD: shoe boxes will collected until November 16, so that they can be delivered to children in time for Christmas.
CHURCH CONFERENCE: BOTH of our church charge conferences (CUMC and PFUMC) will be held on Sat, Nov. 8th from 2-4pm at the Warsaw UMC.
COVINGTON UMC HAM DINNER: October 11th from 4-7 PM. Adults $9 and Under 12 $4.50. Takeouts available.

GIVING TUESDAY IS COMING ~ This year’s online giving campaign will be on Dec. 2. Last year on UMC #GivingTuesday, United Methodists collectively raised a record $6.5 million on line in through The Advance. United Methodists once again are invited to extend the spirit of giving thanks into the Advent season by participating in UMC #GivingTuesday. AFRICA 360 CHALLENGE: Bishop Mark Webb has issued an “Africa 360 Challenge” that each congregation in Upper NY raises at least $1000 between now and the next year’s annual conference to help reach the goal of contributing $1 million to the “Imagine No Malaria” campaign. As a congregation that raised over $1000 for Heifer International this spring, how will we respond to the Bishop’s Challenge? Let’s go for it!
